We’re so excited to introduce to you our newest zaatar seasoning baked chicken recipe! This delish baked zaatar chicken, potato, and vegetable recipe only requires a single pan, some fresh veggies, chicken, and of course some of our world-famous ZA-HA zaatar seasoning.
This is the perfect dinner idea that is guaranteed to be loved by the entire family… enjoy!

1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 1/2 Tbsp ZA-HA Zaatar seasoning
2 Tbsp lemon juice (1 lemon)
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 lbs. baby potatoes, halved (or sweet potatoes)
1 large red onion, cut into thick wedges
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1/2 c. of your favorite olives
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Place the chicken breasts into a large bowl. Add the olive oil, zaatar seasoning, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat; marinate in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
After the chicken has marinated, place it onto a large baking tray. Reserve the leftover marinade in the bowl.
Slice the onion and halve the potatoes (or sweet potatoes). Add vegetables to the bowl with the reserved marinade; toss to coat. Pour the potatoes and onions onto the baking tray with the chicken. Lay slices of lemon randomly throughout the tray.
Roast at 400 F for 30-40 minutes, turning vegetables halfway through, until chicken is done and vegetables are golden.
Scatter the olives on the baking tray and continue roasting an additional 4-5 minutes to heat through.
Serve with fresh parsley or cilantro, lemon wedges, and feta cheese if desired.
