How to make dumpling (pot sticker)

Ground pork 1/2 pound Cabbage 1/4

Onion 1/2

6-8 shrimp

Microwave cabbage for 3 minutes.

Mince cabbage and onion

Cut shrimp into small pieces

Add 2 tablespoon of corn starch

How To Make Mixed Sauce

Sake 25ml

Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Chicken broth (powdered) 1 tablespoon

Sesame oil 1/2 tablespoon

Oyster sauce 1/2 tablespoon

Sugar 1/2 teaspoon

Some salt pepper

Garlic 1-2 tsp ground

Ginger 1 piece ground


Mix ground pork, cabbage, onion, and shrimp into the mixed sauce.

Wrap this in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Wrap the meat with the skin.

And drop it in the boiling water until cooked through.

If you like it fried, put sesame oil on a frying pan, line the dumpling once it has a nice brown color on the bottom, pour 100cc water and put a lid and let it sit until there’s little water left. Take the lid out and let it cook. Once the water is gone, add some sesame oil from the outside and shake the frying pan.

Pour Za-Ha Zaatar Spread on the dumpling.
